* All payment will revolve around the school semester with a maximum of 4 installments as follows:
A. 1st installment – 1st month. (50% Rent & Meals + 100% of Insurance/Dues & One-Time Charges)
B. 2nd installment – 2nd month. (50% Rent & Meals)
C. 3rd installment – 3rd month. (50% Rent & Meals)
D. 4th installment – 4th month. (50% Rent & Meals)

LATE FEE charge of up to 15% PER MONTH OF ANY PAST DUE AMOUNT.

The Fraternity follows similar cancelation policy as OSU residential life, which is a payment equal to 2 months Rent and Meals (one time charges / insurance & dues are not prorated and are to be paid in full)

Insurance and Dues does not cover Personal Property and as the housing contract states, every member should also purchase renters insurance.
